I am a twenty-something living in Chicago and I suffer from bipolar II disorder and anxiety.
I found that during this lonely process to recovery, stories from the survivors of depression have guided me out of dark thoughts and given me the strength and hope to continue. This is just my attempt to share what I’ve found helpful.
